Classes run on Monday and Thursday at Te Hapua: Halswell Centre, 341 Halswell Road. Choose from Juniors (ages 4-7), Intermediates (8-12), or Seniors (13+). Not sure which group suits your child? Enter their date of birth and we will suggest the right class automatically.

Your First Class
Arrive 10 minutes early in comfortable sports gear. Bring a water bottle. Training is done in bare feet on the mat.

After the class, ask any questions. There is no pressure and no hard sell. Join when you are ready.
